Raw almond banana butter

This nut butter is best used soon after making. I’ve kept it in the fridge for a few days, but after a day you notice a difference (it’s still good though). But it’s so delicious that using it up is no problem at all. It can be used as a frosting on baked goods, a topping on oatmeal or oat bran, a spread or crackers or bread, or as a desert all on it’s own (my favorite way to eat it)

 Raw almond banana butter


2- 3 tbsp raw almond butter (store bought or home made)

1/2 medium ripe banana

1/3 – 1/2 tsp cinnemon

(optional add in 1 tbsp cocoa powder for brownie almond butter)

Stick it all in a blender and blend till it’s all well combined. Then take out a spoon and “taste” immediately 🙂
