Creamy sunflower spread
½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup cooked lentils
1 cup chopped and lightly steamed broccoli floweretts
salt other seasonings to taste
Process sunflower seeds till they start morphing into a nut butter. You’ll know this is happening the oils start separating. Then add in lentils. Process for a few minutes and add broccoli. Keep blending (add a little water if necessary) until the mixture reaches desired consistency. Add salt/pepper/garlic to taste.
