I enjoy cooking, experimenting and trying out new things in the kitchen.  It was definitely a turning point in what helped me stop calorie counting and enjoying the process of eating and creating food. I am not by any means a gormet chef, and the ingredients I have available (and that are affordable :P) are pretty simple.
